Each raw material batch is checked against the supplier’s documentation before it goes into production.
Film thickness, weight and dimensions are measured at regular intervals during production.
Bubble structure and the bond between layers are compared with reference samples.
For insulation products, the layer structure is checked against the description in the datasheet.
Quantity, labels and packing are checked against the order before the product ships.
